What happens after I pay? Once purchased we will automatically begin a line of communication with you via email. It is important that we keep that line open in order to meet your deadlines.... As soon as payment is made, I will need you to send me your high resolution digital photos via email in order to begin the process. The turnaround time for these pieces is 10 - 14 working days... leaning towards 14 means you have ordered a piece that is not a stock item, but one that we will need to design from scratch. That being said, we do everything possible to have it turned around in 10 business days. Please make sure to let me know if there is a deadline to meet. Your need to meet a deadline is on top of anything else.The charms take about 48+ hours to cure as we use a liquid product (resin) that needs time to cure to a glass like consistency. The only pieces I can turn around overnight are the cufflinks which come with an encased dome like glass cover and not resin. Our pieces are all silver plated (unless you order sterling silver), as well as your cherished photos are encased in resin, that if taken care of properly will last another lifetime. If cleaning is necessary, it's a easy as using jewelry cleaner. One very important note to keep in mind when purchasing these timeline pieces is that because they are handmade each may be slightly different from the actual photograph and I ask that you not consider it to be a flaw, but rather its uniqueness to your piece.These pieces will guarantee your gift will be cherished forever.
