What happens after I pay? Once purchased we will automatically begin a line of communication with you via email. It is important that we keep that line open in order to meet your deadlines.... As soon as payment is made, I will need you to send me your high resolution digital photos via email in order to begin the process. The turnaround time for these pieces is 10 - 14 working days... leaning towards 14 means you have ordered a piece that is not a stock item, but one that we will need to design from scratch. That being said, we do everything possible to have it turned around in 10 business days. Please make sure to let me know if there is a deadline to meet. Your need to meet a deadline is on top of anything else.The charms take about 48+ hours to cure as we use a liquid product (resin) that needs time to cure to a glass like consistency.
